Company Histories Require Expertise
Your company history is unique. It deserves unique treatment. Unlike some suppliers who offer a one-size-fits-all approach, we capture your organization’s DNA. As we work, we’ll answer the important questions about your company history: What makes you tick? How have you been built to last? Where are you headed? Why have clients and customers chosen you over the years?
A company history that answers these questions will confer an authentic market differentiation that no million-dollar consultant could provide.
Our Proven Process for Company History Success
Our process begins with a conversation—we get to know your goals, your audiences, and your company’s spirit. We establish a schedule of deliverables and assign an experienced author, who will handle research, oral history interviewing, precise project outlining, and writing.
For book projects, our art director will handle photo research graphics and production. For media projects, we partner with an Emmy Award-winning corporate video producer. Should your project require other services, from museum-quality lobby displays to event planning or website development, we'll provide them in conjunction with our hand-picked affiliates.
Occasionally, clients will choose to handle some of the creative steps in-house. We’re happy to work with you this way, as well.
If you want your company history to be easily accessible and highly visual, you've come to the right place. Our approach is anecdotal but always accurate. We know how to shape raw, sprawling material into a readable, memorable narrative.
Our commitment to excellence has been recognized several times. Two of our books have earned Apex Grand Awards (Soap in the Veins and Dominion's First Century), while five more have won Apex Awards of Excellence for custom publishing (Our Family Tree: The Towers Watson Story; Flying High Again; Melwood—A Story of Empowerment; Clinton County ARC; and A. W. Hastings: An Illustrated History). Dominion's First Century and Flying High Again were also IABC Gold Quill Award National Finalists for Publication Design. The Pep Boys: A Company History won the MarCom Creative Platinum Award (highest honor) for writing and excellence in marketing communications.
CorporateHistory.net is certified as a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE). Our certification comes from the State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Division of Minority and Women's Business Development (MBE/WBE).
